Shipping policy

Order processing times. We aim to process orders with 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders received after 12pm will be processed for shipping the next business day.

Domestic Shipping. All Australian states, ACT and NT are include as domestic shipping and shipped via Australia Post, with a shipping time of between 2-7 days.

International shipping. Is not yet available, if you are located outside of Australia, please email care@aiyaskin.com.au with any questions on availability and options.

Local delivery options. We are unable to provide any collection or local delivery options at this stage. unless you know us directly of course.


Returns and Refunds. We are unable to offer exchanges or returns for change of minds, if you feel something is wrong with your item or was damaged in transit, please email within 7 days of receiving to care@aiyaskin.com.au

Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. If we are aware of any significant service disruption of Australia Post, we will try and provide guidance. You can also track packages through the Australia Post App.

Order tracking details. When an item is shipped, the tracking details for are entered against the order and a shipping confirmation email sent. Within Australia we ship via Australia Post and you can track your delivery with the Australia Post App.
